How can I track my order?

How do you handle shipping and do you offer pickup?

Our products are shipped exclusively via carrier shipping, owing to their substantial dimensions. All items are dispatched on industry-standard pallets to guarantee their safety and integrity during transit. We uphold this practice consistently to ensure that every product reaches our customers in pristine condition and regret that we cannot make exceptions in this regard.

You can always pickup the boxes by yourself or your own carriers. Write us an email to coordinate a date and time for pickup here.

How long does shipping take?

Based on your delivery location, shipping within Europe typically takes 5-7 days.

For orders outside the EU, please account for an additional 2-3 days due to customs processing. To ensure prompt and dependable delivery, we advise new customers to opt for payment via PayPal/Credit Card or Instant Bank Transfer, while returning customers may utilize Invoice Payment.

How durable are your products?

We often get asked about durability. Good news! Our storage boxes can last over 10 years if kept in the right conditions. They can carry up to 25kg each, or 15kg for the Maxi size. Most of our customers don't even fill them up to that weight. Thanks to their strong build, they last a long time. We've used them daily in our own textile business for over 10 years and they're still going strong!

What are recommended environmental conditions?

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

For orders within Europe, deliveries typically take 5-7 days. International orders might take slightly longer. Customs can affect the delivery time by additional 2-3 days.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or track your order here. You can find your tracking number in the order summary in your dashboard here.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we currently ship within the EU. Shipping rates, availability and times vary based on the destination.

What if nobody is there during delivery?

Our carriers typically attempt redelivery the following day. If you're unavailable during the initial delivery, please provide us with a suitable time for redelivery. This ensures a seamless process and helps avoid additional charges.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for new customers and additionally invoice payment for existing customers.

Is my payment information secure on your website?

Absolutely. We prioritize your security. Our site uses encrypted SSL technology to ensure your payment details remain confidential and use trusted payment methods such as Paypal and Stripe for your Credit Card payments.

Are there any hidden fees or charges when making a payment?

No, we pride ourselves on transparency. Any fees are displayed during the checkout process.

Can I pay in installments or use a financing option?

Currently, we do not offer installment options or financing. Full payment is required at checkout.

What currencies do you accept?

All prices are listed in Euros. Payments are processed in Euros, but we accept international cards.

How can I become an authorized distributor or reseller?

Are there specific terms and conditions for reselling your products?

Yes, our reseller agreement outlines all terms and conditions. It will be provided during the application process.

Can I customize or brand the boxes with my own logo for resale?

We offer customization for bulk orders. Please discuss your requirements with our sales and design team or fill out the following form.

Is there a minimum order quantity for reselling purposes?

Yes, the minimum requirenment for reselling is 21.000 pcs. per year distributed over the whole year.


How do I modify my order after placing it?

Please contact our customer service immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate changes if the order hasn't been processed yet.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours or until 11 am. the next day. If it has already been shipped, you may return it once received but take costs for delivery and any damaged items.

I've received a damaged/incorrect item. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to our customer service with details, and we'll promptly address the issue.

How do I apply a discount code or promotional offer to my order?

During checkout and in the cart, there's an option to enter your discount code. If you face any issues, please contact us. Discount codes cannot be placed after you've made your order.

Can I place a bulk order?

Bulk orders start from 4200+ and can be offered with special pricing and arrangements. For orders under 4200 pcs. you can find information about pricing on the products page.


What are the dimensions and weight-bearing capacity of the storage boxes?

For specific boxes measure and weight support for individual boxes and when stacked please find information within the product page.

How do I assemble or stack the boxes?

Each box comes with user-friendly instructions. They're designed for easy assembly and stacking.

Is there a specific way to care for or maintain the boxes?

Avoid placing in direct sunlight or overly damp areas for prolonged periods. Do not place the boxes in rooms with high humidity or with temperatures over 35°C or under 10°C

Can the boxes withstand moisture or damp environments?

While our boxes are sturdy, prolonged exposure to moisture may weaken the corrugated cardboard. It's best to keep them in dry conditions.

Are there any safety precautions to consider when stacking multiple boxes?

Ensure even weight distribution and avoid stacking beyond the recommended height. We recommend a height of 7 stacked up boxes. You can stack up to 10 boxes, we do not recommend higher stacking due to the inpracticality.


How are the storage boxes environmentally friendly?

Our boxes are made from 90% sustainably sourced corrugated cardboard and 10% is new fibers to assure durability, which is both biodegradable and recyclable.

Can I recycle the boxes once I no longer need them?

Absolutely. The boxes are 100% recyclable.

Are the boxes produced using ethical labor practices?

Yes, we are committed to responsible and ethical manufacturing and manufacturing is based in Germany. All our partners adhere to strict labor standards.

How does the use of corrugated cardboard contribute to sustainability?

Corrugated cardboard is derived from renewable resources and is easily recyclable, reducing waste and environmental impact.
